Uploading from Nav 6

I went on a long ride last weekend and I can see it in the 'Where I've been' area. Is it possible to upload this from the Nav 6 into Basecamp or as a file?

With your NAV 6 connected to your computer, start Basecamp. Wait for a few minutes till the Nav connects to the computer, In the left pane of Basecamp you will see the Internal Storage & Memory Card folders (if you have a memory Card) loading...once loaded click on the Internal Storage & if you scroll down in the left panel you will see all tracks that have been recorded. You can also click on the 2 feet icon in the bottom that will filter just the Tracks to show.

You need to make sure you had tracks turned on in order to do the above.
