David. wrote: Thu Apr 04, 2024 7:52 amAt the moment, Markus hasn't got a motorcycle. Hopefully by 6th May, he'll have another one.
Markus will not be attending, he hasn't got a motorcycle.

The weather forecast, https://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2657815 will have to improve for Ashley & I to turn up.

Re: Never noticed this before ?.

When cranking the engine to start, Yuasa recommend a minimum of 9.5 V. Meanwhile, I'll just keep an eye on it and carry some jump leads. Got BMW Roadside Assistance and breakdown cover with my insurance too.

Re: Never noticed this before ?.

For the record and future reference, battery voltage checks were completed today. The battery was fully charged and allowed to rest before performing any tests. 1) Resting voltage with ignition off = 12.37 V. (This may be a little low). 2) Battery charger connected and the voltage rose to 13.56 V. 3...

Re: Battery Charging.

Thanks John, I've just booked the Lamb and Flag at Abergavenny for Ashley.

If Markus doesn't make it, we'll both be in the Premier Inn at Abergavenny for 2 nights, Sunday 5th & Monday 6th May.
