Re: Honda Super Cub

A classic, my first bike was a 1972/73 Honda C90, similar to this one. https://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NzY4WDEwMjQ=/z/Bj8AAOSwMBRc4-bj/$_86.JPG Re: Honda Super Cub I had a Honda pc50 moped in Paris when I was 14. It could barely get out of its own way but I learned a ton navigating Parisian traffic and ...

I couldn’t help myself, I had to get one and it’s a blast to ride as long as you’re not in a big hurry![attachimg=1]

Re: Healthy Twin Cam Values.

Well, who knows? There is enough evidence on the forums to suggest the CPU adapts and adjusts to get the best engine management for the prevailing conditions. The booster plug requires a temperature sensor which fools the system into thinking it’s colder than it really is adjusts the mixture accord...

Well you’d be surprised when you add them all up. I did this for something to do during lockdown. Needless to say I have not shown this to my wife.

I noticed booster plug on your list. Does that really help? I have an ‘11 also and just turned 25k miles on it.

Re: New rules on filtering to front of traffic in France?

On the other side of the coin, in California, the only state that allows filtering, it has now been officially sanctioned.  Almost had a heart attack a couple of years ago when a TV news station said:  "When we come back, a new law on lane-splitting!"  I reckone...

Re: Fitted Aeroflow tall screen

After watching KiKi’s video twice I contacted Werks. Terry the owner sent me to his friend 7jurocks as he makes an aftermarket taller windscreen for my ‘11 rt. I ordered the 26” screen in clear. Almost went with the grey tint but changed my mind. Great video KiKi!

Re: RT recall fuel pump problems

"This safety recall involves the fuel pump, and potentially the auxiliary fuel pump as well. According to the defect report, motorcycles involved previously received a support ring repair under a 2014 recall number 13V-617, which also dealt with a potential leak at the fuel pump. Vehicles that...

Re: Newbie stupid questions...

Hi, thanks for that.Time to talk to the shop where I have my work done to see if they can sort something out for me. They are replacing the left hand side switchgear soon. Looks like they are lots of trouble. Not what I expected from BMW. Very disappointing. They’ll sort it for you, not to worry. I...

Re: Fitted Aeroflow tall screen

Got to say the Werks is really good, only need it up 30% and its very quiet, you don't need ear plugs and you can ride with your visor up, if thats your thing. Much better than standard  8) This is what I’m looking for I believe. I have an ‘11 rt with the stock windscreen that I absolutely...

Re: MPG - at the risk of sounding like an anorak...

I cannot complain even at 47 mpg. The lowest it’s dipped is 46.1mpg around town, short interstate jaunts etc.
