Re: Photos from "Looking out my Window"
We have a couple of chickens but haven't introduced them to the dog or 4 cats so they remain non-free range ! I used to have an Alaskan Malamute sadly no longer with us and this would never happen lol. I have a staff, spaniel and Burmese it took a little time but it was mainly trust now they will e...

Re: Member Motorcycles
Thank Beemerbaz that's very decent of you. What was the problem? So I can rectify it my end in the future? It did look all good to go, but just wondering if the overloading of the internet over the festive season may have caused it. Thanks once again Did anyone using Safari suffer any problems with ...

Re: Handle Bar Risers
Just watched the video of the fitting of the "bar risers" on the Ilum Works site and to be honest if you had the time, the inclination you would undoubtedly need those specialist tools. I did think the finished article looked pretty good. But for me to go faffing about with a new bike and ...

Re: Wunderlich Touring Screen for RTLC
I am just over 6 foot tall and have never ridden with a big screen of this size and not sure I need one unless there are big advantages. I had a Givi Airflow on my Tiger XC which was a carry over from my previous Tiger (roadie) it was great on the roadie but the extension hardly ever used ...

Re: Optional Extras
I don't have one on "Arty" but I used a Kriega 10 or 20ltr on my Tiger XC depending on the journey good bit of kit but not sure if or how they would look on the BMW. I have a waist belt from Kriega and panniers so don't need tank bag at the moment and if I can sort my head out on what top ...

Re: Optional Extras
Thanks. Been thinking about fitting some but so far I cant detect any scuffing on the mat finish. Soon as I do I'll pop some on. It was the pad on the tank I was after mainly to stop zip scratching or the front of my jacket. Notwithstanding I fitted the next two pieces which sit...

Re: OEM LED LIGHTS
Sorry, not wanting to hijack this thread but since it's on the topic of lights. I don't think my dipped beam on my 2014 RT is particularly good? Without looking through my manual as I hate reading this stuff when there are real world experts on the site who have tried and tested most things on the b...

Re: Toys for Arty
I have the wunderlich engine bars on mine, better safe than sorry.. Doubt I could live with the pannier bars though, I ride without panniers most of the time anyway The protection bars front or back would be as much use as a chocolate teapot in a crash but in a car par...
