They could.
They could also turn up with a tail lift vehicle and be gone in under 20 seconds despite most security measures.
It's just a matter of another deterrent along with other visible security.

Congratulations.
My first choice would have been the blue before I bought the Smoked candy Bordeaux version.

Re: Just bought an Iconic .... Lots of questions coming
I was looking to get keyless but the Iconic did not come with it. Small price to pay for such a great bike.
Not sure if there is some sort of immobiliser built into my keys or not. Would make it easier to get a spare cut if not.

Re: Just bought an Iconic .... Lots of questions coming
One of the things I was a bit disappointed by after trading up from the 800 GS to the RT was the lack of a plastic wallet key. I did have cause to use it once or twice and could not believe I would only get two keys.

Re: Gel, Air or Bean pad etc ... Numb bum cure wanted
I took several test rides before choosing an RT over my GS. Judging by loads of previous posts on here and elsewhere just goes to show there are an awful lot of riders with the same issues. I would have loved to have bought a bike that was 100% perfect for me but I guess it was just not meant to be....

Re: Gel, Air or Bean pad etc ... Numb bum cure wanted
I'm not fortunate to be able to ride every day and get more used to it. I have covered over 400 miles to date and have decided to make any future miles as comfortable as possible. If that means buying a gel seat, sheepskin or Airhawk that's what will happen. Even dear old Ewan used an Airhawk on his...

Gel, Air or Bean pad etc ... Numb bum cure wanted
I love my new RT but I got to thinking about my big tour next year and about my comfort for long days in the saddle.
I don't want to go to all the expense of a sergeant seat etc.
There are lots of riders on here and all must have varied ways of relieving numbness.
What do you use?
