Going by the IRS sticker on the speedo, it was once a poilce bike.

Off on the bike in the morning for a 4 day camping trip to Belgium and Luxembourg.  This time last year we were freezing our wot-sits off in France.

I've had one of these for 4 years  from Point Two.  Similar spec as Helite, slightly cheaper.

As above using becomes second nature.  Personaly I would not ride without it.

I'm all for as much reflective and fluorescent as possible.  It all another layer of safety to ensure they have no excuse for not seeing us.

That really is bling.  But they will see you coming.

Just finished fitting some go faster reflective stripes.  They were easy to fit and i think they look good.

Can anyone recommend the best cold starting battery for a 2010 RT.

I have a BSA Bantam D7 1966.

With ref to the difficulty getting it into first gear.  I read an interesting article on-line which explained why the BMW Getrag gearbox acts this way.  To cut a long story short it is due to the addition of 'o' rings on the shafts which causes the gearbox to stop spinning very qui...

No seam okay so far.  I have routed to be clear of the exhaust by a couple in inches.  The only issue is they are very bright so aiming is important.

I fitted these direct to the head cover mounting bolt.  They are from a company called Bikevis in the UK.

Thanks for the advise.  It seams to squeak almost immediately, ie while the red light is still on.

Has anyone got any bright ideas on how I can mount a pair of aux running lights on a 2010 1200RT.  I am trying to avoid buying brackets from BMW.

Has anyone else encountered a squeaking noise during the pre start up check.
