There is a ram mount for middle of headstock
you pop off the BMW badge, slot it in and tighten, then at the end take it off and pop the BMW badge back in.

Re: Slip-on exhaust for LC R1200 RT

Re: Slip-on exhaust for LC R1200 RT
The single bolt on my Akra wasn't welded , and came out easy enough when I removed the db killer. I know a few people have found that it was difficult to remove if the bike had been ridden for a bit, and had to let it cool fully.

Re: iPhone mount for 2016 R1200RT
The Telferizer mount I believe is a stem mount that goes where the BMW roundall sits. You pop it off and the step mounts goes in its place. I have used Telferizer on my old ZZR1400 and Tropy. Good qaulity kit and a top bloke who is always keen to help if you have to mount anything with a ram mount

Re: Top Box vs Panniers
For the most part just the topbox as the place to put my helmet and keep a spare pair of waterproof trousers and the sat nav when I leave the bike. I have filtered with the panniers and never really had an issue but most of that has been on the A1 and M25 which have fairly wide lanes. The worst road...

Re: WANT -
I have had a Neotec in the past but after an hour it would give me a headache as it was a bit tight on the top for me. I have C3 Pro now and it has been fine. At the end of the day depending on the shape of your head you might get a better quieter helmet with C3 Pro whilst others get a better result...

Re: Tyre pressures
Though I did find that even if I select tyre pressure if it is cold enough it auto switches to temp as well as giving you the little snow flake warning symbol in your dash
