^^^ this. If they were fitted and the batteries were flat you'd get a warning triangle on the dash.

I'd just be looking at making sure everything works, electronics especially. If it's a private sale, ask if the final drive shaft has been greased. Both those in the dealer near you aren't the model update ones, so they'll have fuel strips (problematic) rather than the reliable fuel float. You can t...

I know the opposite conversion has been done. Someone on the GS Facebook page swapped the wheels of an R model with a 17" front wheel onto A GS to replace the standard 19" front to I improve handling. I've never seen anyone put a 19" front on an RT to improve off road ability though? ...
