Hi, I'm going to replace my ignition switch would anyone have a step by step guide on this? Any advice greatly appreciated, It's on my 05r1200rt.

Hi, a fault has occurred on my 05rt. When you turn the key to on the display is blank but turn it off then on it works, any ideas what ment be wrong? thanks.

I currently have my battery on a charger which is maintained at 12.6 v is this a good normal reading for this battery?

Front and rear suspension where do I begin to know and understand that it's working as it should be on my 2005r1200rt? Has anyone had their suspension refurbished and at what cost?

Guys, only got round to doing oil seal and new oil no problems doing it, I've just followed the information from here job done thank you!!

hi, I've noticed oil leaking from rear driveshaft hub on my 05 rt, has anyone replaced the oil seal?

Yes the front valve faces out towards you but mine is smaller in thickness compared to rear valve bit strange I know, must get it changed job done.

hi is it normal on BMW to have a smaller valve on the front.? My o5 rt has any reason for this?

Yes it comes away first then driveshaft last.

Thanks for the information, its a big job but if i take my time i could do it, iv never done a clutch before.

hi, my bike is an 05 r1200rt there seems to be a bit of clutch slipping. Can anyone explain how oil gets on the clutch plate, im looking to fix this myself so any information is great thanks.
