Re: 2022 R1250RT Accessory Socket never turns off?
Hi.
I think if there is a constant power draw it stays live. I used the accessory circuit as the switch line for a relay then powered the satnag from the battery via the relay and it turns off after about a minute.

Re: Single or Pairs
I usually change my as a pair between 6 & 8 K depending on riding. As I am not sing the bike to commute anymore it is nearer the 8K but my style of riding is not too hard on the rear.

Re: Gear Assist Pro
My 16 was fine once I had got used to it, after 40+ years of clutchless changes without a quick shifter I was easing off on the throttle when attempting to change upthis seemed to confuse the system. Keep the same throttle setting and it was fne. Change now to a 23 model which is even better

Re: Duration of RT Ownership
On my second RT got the first one new in 2016 (1200LE ) bought this one new Jan 23 (1250 LE)
Not used this one as much due to no longer needing to commute everyday to an office. Hope to have more time for riding next year as Im supposed to be working part time now ( Being a miserable old git )

Re: RPM Manageme t
It depends on what I am looking to achieve. The bike is happy anything between 2500 and the red line and yes I am not afraid to hit the limiter . Over about 4k the shift cam works 8-) . Pootling and cruising happy to sit around 3K riding the twisty roads and looking to crack on. 2nd gear and give it...

Re: Wiring in Innov dashcam
Hi
Yes the set up you suggest would work. As for colours you can always test each wire with a test bulb to earth

Re: Hi from Wiltshire
Welcome
Personally I don't depend on the dash satnav it has dropped out too many time for me I have a tomtom above the dash which at least I know can be depended on. As for the radio not something I find helpful when riding but I appreciate other do.

Re: OMG What is that noise!
I found the Michelin RoadPilot 4 to be the noisiest the 5 and 6 progressively quieter. Had Metzler 01 for a while they were OK
