For info alarm had water in it (sits behind rear seat) apparently not uncommon, replaced with new.

For info screen showed fault so had shut down but reboot got it going again. to be monitored. Alarm had got water into it ( sits behind back seat) replaced with new.

My 2017 bike alarm goes off intermittently and now screen won't work at all. In to dealer next week. Interested in your outcome?

Do have it booked in early September for check but had 6000 service only month ago and nothing showed up then. Have just rocked bike to test cat theory but took quite a bit of effort to trigger . Possible but unlikely I suspect.

Had been wondering that, not sure what sensor 2 is and weather it would be that sensitive. but it is feasible for small animal to gain access to garage.

Thanks all, bike and fob are new so don't expect it to be battery problem,also Fob is working fine as bike alarms and de alarms/locks and unlocks no problems whatsoever. Am not getting red triangle sign but red alarm dot flashing twice when ignition key turned on. Main concern is beeping noise will ...

Hi would have thought interference would deactivate alarm not trigger. for info not red warning triangle but red dot flashing twice.

Take one on test you will be surprised at how balanced and easy to ride at slow speed even two up. First time to BMW for me my only considerations were rt or rs didn't test rs because rt ticked more boxes especially two up. Wife liked rt over other makes I did try.
