Re: Playing music on Nav VI on a R1200/1250RT

I have a Cardo Pack-Talk Bold communicator. My Bike: 2107 RT-LC with radio. The wonder wheel does not change the volume on my bike, and gives me a notice to use the volume control on my headset. Not a problem because the headset is also voice activated and that can also change the volume. I use the ...

Re: Menu system missing items under "vehicle" 2016 R1200RT

Hmmm, heated grips on the quick access. Good idea. I have the ride suspension on mine. Highways "soft" but when I hit bad secondary roads, i go "Normal".

Re: Cylinder head guards or crashbars

I have Heed bars, front and back, from Poland. Most drops are at low speed, and during training I have dropped mine. The bars did what they are designed to do, and no damage to my bike. AS for maintenance on the engine, they are easily removed. Pricing is very favorable,  and communication ...

Nav VI, How do I continue a route after lunch?

Have had my Nav VI for about 1 year.

I seem to be confused on how to continue my route from where I had lunch and the nav VI was shut off during that time.
Any help to clear up my confusion is greatly appreciated.

Re: Speakers

I found the speakers on my 2017 bike to be useless while riding. Since I use a communicator,  I removed the speakers and use one of the spaces for first-aid kit, Flat tire repair kit, and a small tool kit. The other speaker location keeps my GS-911 wrapped up to be waterproof. I now listen ...

Re: YouTube 20000Km/12000Mile Service Video Series

I have just finished viewing the series. 1st class ! I do this maintenance on my bike, but without all the BMW tools. I will now buy them as you have shown me how to use them.  The tips are fantastic. Thank you so much, for your effort to produce these. I almost feel ashamed to use them as ...

Re: Which Screen ?

Very, very simple to change.
6 screws and that's it.
Maybe a 10 minuet job if you are very slow.
Could not be more simple.

Re: Which Screen ?

Just installed a 24" Werks screen on my 2017 RT. I never imagined that it would be such an improvement of wind management over the stock windshield.
Best addition I have made on my bike.
I'm 5'9".
