just cant see in daytime whether it has reflections or not---night time is great but daytime the worse ever--any aftermarket replacements etc or some screen that can be put on to see better?

OK, so I have the 2011 r1200rt. The dash lighting is probably the worst I have ever seen on a motorcycle.  In the daytime it is like non usable.
So, my question is, are there any improvements out there or some type of a plastic color covering for the dash to enhance the view?

thanks for replies--the socket works for things---it is just that you can't charge the battery with like a Battery Tender...I did  purchase the Optimate 4 for bmw's with the canbus..it works fine...

old beemer didn't need a special charger etc

since one cant charge the battery directly thru the power socket---does a tire inflator that will plug in work with that bus thingy? or would i have to get an inflator than has alligator clips and goes directly to battery?  thanks..newby here

Just got on site.  got used r1200rt 2011 with 1728, yes 1728 miles.  had 2 k bikes before any many other motorcycles etc. I have downloaded the user manual but I cant find any manual for the audio system.  are there any websites or places that I can download a copy..thanks
