2011 one cylinder at idle is 150 degree c, the other 350

I have swapped the injectors, coil pack and plugs and still the temperature difference, so am stumped now

So a new start/kill switch has now been installed, supplied and fitted by BMW for a reasonable £220, hopefully all sorted

Thanks -I left the bike overnight with the key on the yolk but not in in, still no fuel showing. Moved the key away from the bike the next morning, all burst into life, so I think this is an immobiliser ring issue. Will quiz  motorad tomorrow

Thanks for the suggestion, it is a new gel battery which we have already tested, do these bikes have a built in immobiliser? As that might stop the full ignition circuit lighting up. Been back to the bike after 24 hours still no joy so maybe it is not heat related.

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me- a 2011 rt-p  this only happens when the bike is hot, if i leave it overnight when I turn the key the proper lights appear it starts and all is well. I thought it was the starter button hot issue so used a jump wire over the relay, engine turns but no spark...
