BMW R1200RT/R1250RT Forum

I have a 2019 1250rt and after a few weeks the sos light came on. had it replaced under warranty. When the dealer tested it, turned out the mic was the issue. They could hear the call centre but the call centre was not hearing them. Just take it back they will sort it for you. 

Thanks for the photos Graham, like where you've put the cameras, I'll fit my DV688 now I have an idea where and how to fit it.

Looks great. Glad you enjoyed yourselves.  I've done Scotland twice on a previous bike and enjoyed every mile.  Doubt I've scratched the surface as to what Scotland has to offer, but I've now got the bike to go and further trips in comfort.

I bought one from Nippy Normans 2 weeks ago for £57.  Easy to fir and will definitely protect the front of the engine from stones and other crud.

I thought of the head protectors, but instead went for the Wunderlich engine bars and I'm happy with them.  Cost £269 from Nippy Normans
