SOLVED: the central electronics module (part number above) just beside the main battery hold was soaked in water hence shorted out instantly. probably a victim of high pressure wash from my neighborhood car wash last week. will hold grudge with them later. for now am looking for a replacement. dont ...

checked all 3 fuses and they are okay with +voltage. now zeroing in on this module BMW part number 8566461-01 electronic module. seems i have to disaasemble 60% of the bike to get it.
