I had an R1200GS RTLE done by Hilltop about 6 years ago and it made a big difference, it was so much smoother than standard, I noticed it as soon as I got on the bike, not even out of the car park and I felt happy. Yeah it's not always about huge power gains it's just about power in the right places and making them better at the lower revs

It's an inset nut that sits in a hole shaped the same as the nut to hold it still The trouble with this is that its a nylock and tends to turn the hold round so doesn't hold the nut and allows it to spin! I had the issue on mine and had to drill it out to remove it all then replaced it but had to us...

Using the menu button you should get suspension settings first then the next press gives you the menu where you can use the wonder wheel to choose what the display in the right of the lcd display
