Do 2010-2013 bags fit 2009 and down?
What about 2014+ bags on a 2009?

New to me 09 with 38k. Pulled all plastics to remove as much of the RTP harness as reasonable. Plugs look good New YSS shocks on the way, tires too. I adjusted the valves and figure I’ll also  do a TB sync while I’m in there. Also oils/fluids and grease the splines on FD. What else should I...

Thanks for all the insight. Thinking either move the factory bags back somehow or I have a quick release kit for DIY applications (like mounting pelican cases). I have some airhead Krauser bags that might fit the bill. Either that or I’ll try to source some crashed bags to refurbish.

Hey just picked up a 2009 R1200RTP with 35k miles. The two previous owners were a bicycle chase ref (original owner) and an older gentleman.


I also have two airheads and a Bandit I refurbished with a narrowed tail, VFR saddle, race tech valves, custom paint, etc.
