How did that work out for you?
I have a 2010 R1200RT and have had the yellow warning with oil symbol a few times.
All I had ro do was add oil.
Now I keep a bottle of engine oil in one of my bags.

New rear tire
I have a new Metzeler rear tire on the way to replace a worn one. I live in an apartment so I have no access to a garage. Does anyone know of a reliable shop in the South Florida area (Hollywood/ Ft. Lauderdale) that won't charge dealership prices to swap out the tire?

I have a MannesMan 1/2" (10-210 NM) and a Pro 1/4" (0-20 NM).
I purchased both in the Netherlands.
