Geza Motorcycle Cover 1200/1250 RT

20230405_123159.jpg Geza motorcycle cover. Very stretchy fabric, easily fits over a 49 liter top case and the windscreen. This cover was included with a 2017 RT I purchased last fall and have since sold the bike. Not sure which model Geza cover as there are no markings other than a Geza logo. In ve...

Re: Hill Start Control

Yesterday's warm and sunny late January weather was fantastic for a 220 mile ride across the beautiful countryside of East Tennessee and the Cumberland Plateau. Thanks to all the tips on activating Hill Start Control I finally had success in turning it on and off. Prior to yesterday, I had simply no...

Re: Poll of Battery Make Fitted

Do you know whether or not the original owner had to change the regulator/rectifier to suit the Lithium battery. David, Perhaps this info from the X2 Power Battery website will answer some of your questions. https://x2powerbattery.com/lithium-powersport/ Smart Batteries Active Intelligent Monitorin...

Re: Hill Start Control

Thanks sakm. I'll give your method a try on my next ride. I usually roll up to a stop with the front brake. Sounds like I need to fully stop then quickly release then reapply the front brake.

Re: Poll of Battery Make Fitted

Do you know whether or not the original owner had to change the regulator/rectifier to suit the Lithium battery. Sorry David, I don't know the answer to your questions. However the regulator/rectifier looks undisturbed and my bike starts and runs perfectly. Even when running auxiliary driving light...

Hill Start Control

I've tried a number of times and different ways to activate the Hill Start Control while stopped on an incline. Succeeded once by accident but don't know what I did. Seems like foot firmly on rear brake pedal then squeeze and release front brake lever should do it. My bike is a new to me 2017 R1200R...

Re: Poll of Battery Make Fitted

A X2 Power Lithium battery from Batteries Plus Bulbs shops (USA) was installed by the original owner on a 2017 R1200 RT I purchased last September. Discovered it shortly after purchase when I installed a battery tender lead. Did a little research only to discover I would need to purchase a battery t...
