My RT is March 2023 and have recently received a Recall letter from BMW - Replacing Securing Clips for Footrests, due to corrosion. Will get mine done on its next service.

An update on my situation, Local BMW technicians, x 3 visits, still say the seat heater is operational but due to me upgrading to the premium 719 heated seat and this having additional padding the heat element is unlikely to work!! I escalated my complaint to BMW CS who after some time have recently...

Heated Seat

I have a 1250RT LE 2023 with the 719 seat upgrade (looks fab) and do not feel the heated seat facility works. It has been back to my local dealer at Sunderland UK twice where they report is because of the heavier upgraded seat! Just wondered if anyone else has experience on this matter?

Hello All the best for 2023. Ordered and counting down to a March delivery of my R 1250 RT LE. Gone for white with a brown seat! think it looks good in the configurator but not seen for real yet!! Was with the brand some years ago with a R 1200 R then a R 1200 GS. Just let go of my beloved Moto Guzz...
