Cruise control switch problem

Hello all After working fine previously, the cruise control switch on my 2011 RT has developed an intermittent fault. Essentially; sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. There's no real pattern to it, like the weather etc. I've sprayed the gaps at the edge of the button several times with electr...

Harz mountains Germany plus Assen

Hello all

I’m planning a tour of the Harz mountains in late June, coming back via Assen to take in the MotoGP.

Has anybody been to those areas and have any tips on routes, places to stay and visit etc?

Will be travelling there and back on the Hull/Rotterdam ferry.

Many thanks

I can highly recommend the Angle GT tyres. Remember that the rear has to be "A" rated for the rear. "A" stands for heavy duty
Thanks for confirming Doctor. I've ordered those now

Re: Hi from Yorkshire

Hi I did the D Day Normandy stuff this summer Some of the big sites include; Pointe du hoc, Omaha beach/American cemetery, Dead Man's corner, Pegusus bridge, Merville Battery, Saint Mere Eglise. Several of those have big and modern museums associated with them. They will be extremely busy at that ti...

Hello from York UK

Hello all, I've been using this forum for various information so I thought I might introduce myself. I bought a 2011 R1200RT this summer on a whim. I'd decided to do some touring in northern Europe and there was no chance of me doing that realistically on my other bikes, so I quickly justified the p...
