Re: MU vs SE

Off we go once more!

Had one like this a while ago, 90 year Anniversary Edition (the bike, not me).

Thanks for replying.

Haven't got one really. Sensible money for right bike but needs to be nice. Obviously don't want to be paying dealer money if it can be avoided. :o

RT TC 2010-13

Anyone thinking of selling or trading?

Usual stuff; well presented, sensible miles and good service history.

Thanks.

MU vs SE

Been a while but looking to reacquaint with an RT, which, for me at least, is probably 'the better bike'. Going to look at a very nice 2012 MU on Tuesday. Always had SEs before and just wondering what the difference in spec is. Would love to join you folks on your foreign jolly but sadly have to lim...

Re: Yorkshire Wolds June 25th

^ Thanks David. Was up for this right until the last minute Sunday morning but took the dogs out early and that did it. The hot clammy weather doesn't go well with beta blockers and blood pressure meds. Spent the rest of the morning sofa surfing with the blinds closed. Better for me when heated grip...

Looks about right. Some lovely roads, done most of them a few times. Plenty of rice rocket ninja nutters around the Seaways café at Fridaythorpe to keep you sharp.

Re: Yorkshire Wolds June 25th

As things stand, I know I'm going to struggle with a full day event, especially in this heat. Rather than cancelling at the last minute, I'm wondering if someone else will take this ride on as it will be a good un. Sorry to bale but health and safety come first. The situation may improve as the seas...

Re: Yorkshire Wolds June 25th

I highly recomend the B1248 :thumb: Yes, know that road, it's a good un. Scrap that! I won't be able to make it! Just been told that I'm at my niece's 18th birthday party the night before! I don't think I will be in a fit state to ride Fair enough. Maybe next time. Hopefully later on, looking at th...

Some good roads there too although sledmere to Garton I would give that a miss as its just a straight bumpy road

Thanks for that, can't beat local knowledge. Can see a couple of work arounds. Be good to meet if you can make it.
