Due to the costs of new BMW,s i am considering making my RTLE1250 a bit more comfortable and keeping it a few more years , has anyone got any tips on using IIlium Works bar risers and footboards ? any tips fully appreciated .

Just rang my local BMW as my emission light will not reset , £75.00 for them to tell me the problem!!!! and then any more cash if it leads to other parts

Should be fine with an RT , you have to think what you are going to use it for , continental touring ? UK touring , if you shop around you can get a good second hand deal with an RT that the owner has added extra,s , fog lights , top box , touring screen , and if its been serviced to schedule you sh...

Has anyone got some idea,s on how to keep the centre stand paintwork in good condition , sick of wire brushing and hammerite paint as it still gets covered in road crud and invariably ends up rusting , i was wondering if getting it stove enamelled would work ?

I have an Oxford bike cover for my RTLE totally covers the bike excellent .

No problem i was out on mine as well only biker at our local bikers cafe ? what happened to real motorcyclists ? aye its rough up north !!!!!

your next service is 12200 or one year from what i can make out .
