I want to tap into the main beam circuit to operate a relay to power aux lamps. On a 2014 water cooled bike I cannot find any wiring going to the headlight unit. Where is it? I would always go for the BMW topbox. If you need to re-key the lock a new barrel is only £19.

I rode for about 9 miles today with the rider's seat on full bars and it definitely got very warm. I wouldn't say it was anywhere near hot enough to burn like some have described but I'm happy enough with it. I didn't check the pillion seat.

You lucky thing! I'm itching to get out to somewhere like that!
