I fancy a quick blast up to Nordkapp taking in as much of Norway as I can. Is there no longer any ferry route direct from the UK? If not what is the best way to get there with the least amount of motorway boredom? I live near Reading

I've done a lot of miles in the States as well as back home in the UK. Sadly, they are very different. America still has a more sensible attitude of "Time isn't everything". Admittedly they use a lot of lights to control things, they have few roundabouts and I love their All Stop junctions...
