First replaced under warranty at 30,000 miles along with control box. Dodgy electrics somwhere had been going on since newish with warning symbol until rear failed which was replaced b4 30,000 miles. When polised exhaust couple weeks ago noticed front was leaking, now on 65,000 miles.

Had fun day changing front shock for a Tractive unit. 3rd shock so 3rd time lucky i hope, as dont fancy doing again although would be a lot easier after practicing.

Easy to check past posts of anybody and make your own decisions to purchase from someone. Buyer beware was always installed onto me.

try insurance comparrison between both models. Ok Gs riders drop them more but almost double when I tried. Gs definatly more disirable to thiefs as biger market in devlopiping world. I would prefer gs to rt on mud roads.

mine lasted over 6 years, never charged it, just rode it. No tracker which eats batterys.

If anyone is willing to offer a local to them day ride out, then others could meet up on the day or if further away, stop overnight as necessary. Just pick a start point, time & date, it's as simple as that. Accomodation to be arranged by others themselves, not the day ride leader. Thats all ve...

just had a mare doing mine kept crashing. in the end deleated old map in basecamp and installed just to computer. went back to basecamp and to maps where it gave me option to install to nav. Interestingly it said it had done it but wasnt showing 2025 in maps so back to express and this time it dowlo...

Hmmm went to the dark side and test rode gs 1300. Loved it. Did find shaft housing catching heel. Rapid and wind protection good on top half. Apparently recall on top case and panniers on back order.
Then went for ride, lots of flooded roads and snow around Longleat.

Had my shaft replaced on 64,000 miles. Washed bike yesterday and as drying noticed missed a bit on shaft so ran a damp cloth over it and felt water running out of shaft. the drain rubber is missing from hole presume pushed up into shaft. As above, use brembo pads from non Bring More Wonger supplier. Also they are red and everyone knows red brakes are better.
