Exactly, that's the job of the cat which is further down the line.

Surely if this flap goes and you have no warranty on the bike then just cut it out.I have taken the headers off my RT and replaced with a full Arrow system.Anyone need Ia working set of down pipes then pm me.

Will be changing my full exhaust system on my 2016 bike shortly and can't find any reference to gaskets.Have looked on NN's and Motorworks,done a search on here and nothing.Does this model not use gaskets.

You've ridden all those bikes and even after being told not to use the oil,still persist in asking is it ok to use.
