Re: LC Top Box - Back rest options?
I ordered the stuff from MAX BMW - their Hampton, NH store which is 1 hr from my house. When I asked about the latch after getting it home didn't know why it came. I'll push him on it and maybe I can trade the latch for the hinges :-) I have not looked in detail at the invoice th...

Re: LC Top Box - Back rest options?

Re: LC Top Box - Back rest options?
I'm about to do this. I'll take plenty of pictures. I have read that there is a space issue with the new setup but I can't see how. BTW - the new hinges came with the backrest. FYI - the price was $615 US for the backrest. The case itself was a few dollars more! I have ...

Re: Motor vehicles other than motorcycles
I saw a story on this (in the US) about how people don't realize one of their headlights is out and it came down to three things: 1) DRLs throw enough light on their own 2) cars with fog lights end up taking up the slack and 3) the amount of light thrown by a single light in today's car is...

Re: Heed Engine Crash Bars
I've been trolling several RT related forums collecting options on engine protection and highway pegs and aux lighting. Sometimes you have to go one route to satisfy the other. This winter break is giving me plenty of time to sort out which direction I want to take.
