I once encountered a deer driving through some 'S' bends late at night on patrol.  Managed to avoid it, but scared the living crap out of one of my colleagues, the young deer was wearing a high viz jacket !!! We worked out that it had been stunned by another vehicle and refused to be moved,...

Can't believe it, my LC has started to bubble up in several places on the upper rear quadrant of the final drive!  No paint chips or broken paint, just lots of pinhead sized bubbles, mainly near recesses and flanges. Only done 4360 miles, kept dry and garaged, ringing dealers tomorrow, shal...

Raise the seat, shift yourself forward towards the tank so that you can grip it with your knees, forearms parallel to the ground. Best riding position and more relaxed.

I've got integrated sun visor. Sometimes looking thru with the sun visor deployed, then visor with pinlock, then screen is too much. Flip the front and put the shades on. :-) There was a time in my youth when I wore shades, until I got hit fairly and squarely in the face by a very large bumble bee ...

Took mine in for 12 month service, gave me a GS loan bike, they are replacing the slave cylinder, mind's the first RT by Astle Laceby to be done.....

Interestingly white is not the best colour for being seen, that honour goes to Pink. Anyone for a pink bike and helmet then. Police using white helmets was about distinguishing them rather than being visible. Someone's got that wrong, when I put my lid on at work I'm still ugly, not distinguished.....
