Is the plastic trim around the locking point on the bike firmly in place. This can sometime prevent the pannier locking on to the bike.

I’ve had a few bits and bobs from these folks, no problems at all (top box brake light and rubber bungs for the side fairings to pop into).

4 years to the day and in Austria/germany when the dipped headlight bulb blows again!! This time it only took 5 minutes to change in the 29’c heat thankfully.

I just use zip-lock plastic bags. No moisture ingress issues in 9 years now.

I’ve got one of these and at 6’6” and a high seat it works very well

Probably a bit late but watch out for a severe raised bump in the road where the red arrow is!
