Congratulations on the new bike.  I came from a Harley as well.  I wonder how many others on this forum have done the same. 

TeeJay, at low speeds/low RPM's, it doesn't pop, the pops only occurs when you're cracking the throttle hard.  Besides, it's considered a $900+ upgrade to the bike and adds some performance to it as well!!

Yes, add the protection bars for the pannier's as well. One last item favorite item of mine are the auxiliary lights, makes you more visible during the day & better vision during night riding.
