Bought a dog  dryer off Amazon. Looks exactly tha same as the bike dryers at about half the price. Does a good job too.

Have you checked the height adjuster plate under the seat?
The seat front mount sits on it. It has two positions which are changed simply by turning the adjuster plate up side down.

If you have a reasonable piece of thin ply wood floating around, try drilling holes 0.5 mm smaller than the screw size which the screws will self tap into thus holding them secure. You should also have space to label each screw hole and if stored the board will be available for next strip down.

I think I may have it sussed. First, phone hooked up to satnav, second, headset channel one hooked up to bike, third second channel on headset hooked up to satnav. At least I think that's how I did it. I was then able to make and receive calls with radio on and phone overriding radio when necessary.
