Sena SM10 & Motochello Audio Bridge Install
Like others here I was not very happy with my 2017 RT's Bluetooth setup, so after reading a lot of threads here and on the K1600 forum I decided to give this setup a go. However, I wanted to easily be able to switch between the bike speakers and Bluetooth. All the installs I've seen of the Motochell...

The 20S may technically be able to connect to 8 other headsets, but good luck with that.RTman10 wrote:The 20S is the next one up, connects to 8 other headsets, the 10S only 4.

Is there anyone in the SoCal area who does Autocom installs?RTman10 wrote: All far too difficult and complicated. Connect an Autocom to the audio unit and a BTMO2 dongle and you can have whatever combination of devises you want forever.

Re: How to connect helmet, phone and navigator to audio system
I'll second the idea of always having the Navigater in. Or don't use the GPS for phone duty, and connect your phone to the helmet. You can still keep the phone paired to the GPS for weather and traffic updates if you subscribe to those.

Re: Nav VI Initial comments and concerns

Sargent Seat?
Has anyone put a Sargent seat on a 2014+ RTW? If so, is it that much better than stock? Any other comments on Sargent seats for the RT?

Hmmm... Did you ask why? I wonder if this has anything to do with there being issues with the harness.mmorais wrote:J&M got back to me. They no longer make harnesses for BMW systems unfortunately. Maybe there are some in the wild.

Good info, thanks! Please do post back when you hear from J&M regarding your questions.mmorais wrote:I emailed them to find out what BT version they use and what the parts are for the 1200. It's a pretty pricey solution though.

Do you have a link to the J&M harness you're referring to?mmorais wrote: Yeah, that's kind of what I'm looking for. Not keen on cutting wires. The J&M kit apparently has a harness. Anyone tried that on the RT?
