How do you measure inside leg? My trouser fitting is 32"-33" and I am a little over 6' tall. Listen to TMF and he says that his inside leg is 32" but he's 5'8" - is he measuring to the ground? I fitted lowering pegs to my RT which improved comfort no end - to be honest it was alm...

Most of my summer riding trips are based in Ireland so I generally start the journey with nice route (and an overnight stay) through Wales on the way to either Pembroke Dock or Holyhead. Last year's find was the A488 north out of Knighton - quite a roller coaster!

I couldn't find any shorter pegs that would do the trick and am shocked at the cost of secondhand ones. Far too expensive to play around cutting them down. I removed the "hero blobs" today which makes it decidedly less uncomfortable every time they scrape the back of my legs.

It was described on ebay as "Self Adhesive Lining carpet 4 Way Stretch". I ordered a metre and used half of it - might have a second go as I think I can do a better job.
