Well done, but you've made hard work for yourself. When I was a bit younger I use to get 4 hours to fit one of those or 6 hours for removal and refit in a new van. Glad I'm behind the desk now telling engineers they have 4 hours to fit them :lol: And how long did your 1st one take.I'm not doing bad...

No,you are right and I did buy some of there replacement tabs(cost a fortune with the postage shipped to the UK)I stuck them on along with JB QUICK weld but on a Spanish/Portugal tour last year they came unstuck in the heat(42c in some parts of Spain)and speed of the bike on motorways.So they are pr...

I'm having to do this again due to not using the correct glue,this time round I need to put the velcro that BMW have used on other bikes,anyone have a link to the stuff they use,thanks.

Anyone use an off the shelf epoxy that's stronger than JB Weld.Ive found Systemthree 88,but it's expensive for what I want.
