Re: Dunlop RoadSmart III

I've used roadsmart 111's on my 2010 rt and now on my 2015 rt, the tyres are superb and wouldn't use anything else. The grip both in wet and dry conditions is confidence inspiring, not once have I experienced the tyres letting go, and believe me just recently I've had to hit the brakes  so ...

Re: Sevenoaks Motorcycle Seats - Nr Brands Hatch

No experience, but would be interested to know how the seat feels when it's done.

Re: Pins and needles sensation,

Thanks for the replies. I'm not gripping too tight, I couldn't be any more relaxed or I'll fall off the bike.. I've tried different gloves, and also a different jacket just in case something's a bit tight on the wrist or elbow. The buddy grips have helped in such away that I can ride a longer distan...

Pins and needles sensation,

I'm getting pins and Needles or tingling sensation in my right hand (whilst riding the bike that is !) I've put on buddy grips to try and help, which it has slightly...but not stopped it. Not sure what is causing the problem but it's bloody annoying. Anyone had the same and found a solution ?? The b...

Re: Turning alarm off

I sold my 2010 model to a dealer from holland, he came over in a van to collect it.
We both tried to deactivate the alarm to no avail, he got fed up in the end and just drove off with the alarm blazing in the back of his van !!

Re: Top end engine rattle on start up when warm.

To some degree I think that model produced rattles of one type or another, mine would have a similar rattle to yours after starting from cold, 20 secs a brief cam chain type noise would occur, lasted a fraction of a sec and not to be heard again, just keep an eye on the oil level

Re: VW WARRANTIES

I was just voicing off my frustration that's all, or can't  you do that these days ? Maybe I expected too much from VW ? When you pay top dollar for something, and have a warranty you should have piece of mind, especially from so-called top brands as VW. If they are quick enough to tell my ...

VW WARRANTIES

I have a 2016 VW caddy van which is still under warranty until 2019, twice now I've tried to claim for replacement parts and both times refused. The first was for a rear brake disc and calliper which have rusted so badly, I mean badly rusted, the others are still painted with no signs of rust at all...

Re: LC 2015

It's like BMW engineered the engine and bought the gearbox from LIDL. After coming from the TC bike I really wanted to be more impressed by the wet head, but at the moment I have this flat feeling, hopefully the more I ride it the more it'll grow on me. I still have the TC and only recently put Dunl...

Re: LC 2015

It's a shame really, a good bike could have been a brilliant bike if it wasn't for that gearbox, just can't understand how, or why Bmw got that bit wrong

LC 2015

Picked up a 2015 LC a few days back, after covering a few hundred miles I'm a little disappointed, before the LC I had a 2010 model so I had something to compare it to. The LC engine is the biggest improvement by far (other than the clutch noise) it takes off like a scalded cat, even in 6th gear. Th...
