If what you connect do have a capacitor inside to filter noise, then the bike after switching off the power socket do measure some voltage on the connector still there, then switching the connector back on as it "could" be a charger connected.

Yes it will work :-)
But what about a Bluetooth module connected into the speaker-cables so you could connect two Bluetooth headsets into it (the Bluetooth dongle) and use your wonder-wheel to control volume :-)

Yes - no problems, but be careful when routing the cable to the right light - so it's not in interfering with anything.

Looks right, and yes - you need to visit your dealer to "enable" the controller inside the switch.
This so the computer onboard your bike can "talk" to the small but still there - computer inside the switch-unit.

into new operating system and hardware :-) Well - not to far, but changing unix variant - and server structure. Now when I stopped most of my websites - and only have 3 left - I don't need all the hardware anymore - and removing all but 4. Only keping 4 rack servers and using vmware to run a number...
