However, the Powertrain and the suspension makes the new one a hands-down winner. No buyers remorse!



A good bike only needs 2 main ingredients.  A superb engine and sublime suspension - the rest is gravy.

Apologies GavG I didn't answer your question regarding frame stickers.  There is a small sticker on a frame tube just above the front suspension unit.  I can't read the detail but The dealer would not let the bike go until they were in place.  I guess it's BMW being very p...

Cheers RT's, I was led to believe that the mineral grey matt bikes were all the same, end of line, top spec!  Obviously not.  I agree, a bit mean not include the (essential) additional lighting.  I think the increased visibility of an approaching bike is an important safet...
