Re: Wunderlich Gopro mount
I had that same "Yikes!" so I made my own... Total cost = less than $25 CAD for a 3' chunk of flat aluminum bar, a tripod gopro mount, and hardware (including some hard rubber washers for vibration damping). This doesn't factor in my 'sweat equity' of course, but it was a fun li...

The camrack looks nice but it's €145 ($166) on the US site vs €79.90 ($91) on German site. Yikes!

Re: Snowdon
My daughter and I went to the UK for a visit last year. We lived in Birmingham for a few years in the late '90s. It was great to visit old friends. While we were there we spent 2 nights in Snowdonia and climbed the mountain. The roads were magnificent but unfortunately I was in a rented Fusion. I vo...

Re: Bmw Navigator Software update
I had the same experience earlier this week. I kept clicking to update and finally after about 4 or 5 times it said I was up to date. I believe it was a series of small updates. Just keep updating until it says you're up to date.

I'm getting the challenge question on my phone. Must be very aggressive spam filter. I understand the reason for it but seems a bit aggressive to me.

Re: Has anyone tried one of these Chinese knockoff GS-911s?
Looking at the negative feedback on ebay, I would stay far away from this thing. One of the problems with buying directly from Chinese is that if there is a problem, resolution can be very difficult because of language barrier.

Re: Rider foot peg lowering options for LC
The suburban is just an adapter bracket You use the oem pegs. I have a pair of Ilium sports boards. Had to take them off after I lowered the bike with new suspension. They were nice because they allowed multiple foot positions but they dragged easily with the lowered bike. Since there is n...

Re: Installing Stebel Nautilus LOUD horn / Wunderlich fitting kit on 2016 LC
I installed one earlier this year. It's definitely loud and will be noticed. Didn't know that a bracket was available so I made my own. It was an easy install including the relay. I do occasionally get an open fault code. I don't think the relay draws enough current to let the computer know the horn...
