I would personally steer clear of Chinese made tools been an engineer for over 40 years never found there stuff any good try toolstop.co.uk all good stuff and free postage over £25 or if money is burning a hole Cruz tools do a kit specific to bike real high end quality I think Bahnstormer do them

I can easily confirm it is an amazing part of the world to see on a bike !!!! definitely worth doing but if you are camping then before May or after late September or the dreaded midge will eat you alive !!!! trust me !!! otherwise tons of accommodation to meet all budgets

Extended warranty is an emotive issue its really down to the risk factor, Do you spend in excess of £300 for peace of mind ? baring in mind its BMW !! Breakdown direct coming in at £32 and that includes 2 days either side travelling from /to Scotland but my uk policy could cover that certainly cheaper than BMW but add uk cover at £50 for the year ,which only really need 6 month so it's £82 against BMW @£132 Really down to confidence in the company...

BMW is coming in at £135/annum, although slightly more expensive , you know what you are getting , but will get quotes from the rest

Starting to plan next years trip,to Europe ,any recommendations for breakdown cover i.e.reputable reliable companies, have driven many times with the car but not a bike, have looked at the big guys RAC etc probably the best but not inexpensive
