I Haven't done the rear brakes but replaced the pistons on the front pair, see the thread in maintenance. These are my Bridgestones after 9,200 plus, tread depth even across both are 1.6mm so due for a change. No perfomance drop off or noticeable squaring off, keep the tyre pressures to recommended and only notice the drop into the corner when the pressure goes down.

Being 5' 4" and inside leg of 28 most bikes are a challenge. My '10 RT is low chassis and low seat, get both feet down. Can just about paddle it around on flat ground, have to get off and push when it slopes. Would love a reverse like the K1600GTL.
