I know this is an BMW RT forum but did anyone consider the newish Triumph Trophy SE ? A friend of mine bought one and is very pleased
With it ! Maybe not the same quality and I believe the controls are a bit of a faf but nearly 5k cheaper compared with the BM

I think the LE model is listed at £15,900 how much extra for the keyless and central locking ? Does thenLE version have an Alarm as standard or is that extra ?

Thanks for that Richard It would appear most of the negative comments I've heard are from the Anti BMW Crowd and diehard Japanese riders , I've had my fair share of problems with Japanese bikes So they are definitely not invincible Think I will wait until early next year now before I buy my new bike...

I have an 02 Honda blackbird and it's on its third Alternator and rectifier it's done approximately 46k so hardly bullet proof
