Bluetooth Connectivity

Hi
I have a R1200rt Iconic with the audio system. I also have a
Nav 5 a Sena 20s headset and an iPhone.
Once all items are bluetoothed together with the bike should they not automatically connect each time I turn all of them on with the bikes ignition?
All replies welcome.
Thanks

Re: Central Locking

Yes you were 100% correct. There is a plug to wire into. I assume the brake light will come with the wire connected to it with the reverse plug? I’ll send you a link to the brake light I’m planning to purchase for your opinion. Having taken the panel for the brake light off the box for inspection I ...

Re: Central Locking

For clarity are you saying the wiring to the brake light wiring of the bike exists in the top box?
So I could purchase the brake light and DIY?

Re: Central Locking

Many Thanks
Yeah the brake light added to the box sounds worthwhile.
Is the wiring of a light complicated?

Re: Central Locking

Iconic is now home.
Yes the top box has central locking. It even has a built in light!
Currently investigating the bluetooth functions. I have a Sena 20S headset, IPhone 5S and a Nav 5.
If I have issues I’ll be back for more advice.
Regards to All.

2016 R1200RT Iconic

What’s the seat on the Iconic like?
I’ve had a 2016 RT base model with the standard seat.
Is the Iconic any different or more comfortable?
I understand it is standard height. I’m 5’ 10”.

Re: Central Locking

Thanks for all the prompt replies.
It has the colour coded BMW box but doesn’t have the break light.
I’ll be getting it at the weekend and will update then.
Item no 4 of 100.
Thanks Again
