Re: Bmw warranty
I don't recall being given any options to vary the coverage. It was a set cover for a set price. Too late for me now anyway - the original warranty expired in Jan this year.

Re: Bmw warranty
My RT was new in Jan 13. I had always intended to extend the warranty once the initial two years was up - but not at almost £400!! I have decided to put £400 a year aside and, if I have any issues, will have a fund I can put towards repairs.

Re: Cruise control
I would never selected cruise control as an individual extra. Cruise control on a motorcycle? Nahhhhhh!!! However, mine came as part of the SE package and I must say I do fine it useful on occasions. I try to avoid tedious motorway routes but, where there is not choice,...

Re: Bluetooth

Re: Bluetooth
Thanks for the feedback guys. It is much appreciated. I tried looking at Autocom as it does have a good reputation and I would actually prefer the reliability of a wired system. The problem is, having spent a lot of money on what should have been decent kit before and ...

Re: Clothing preferences
Depends on the day. I have summer fabric kit (IXS,airflow) winter fabric (Hein Gerike) kit and a set of Scott leathers. I also have open face, full face and flip helmets. Not getting on too well with my flip lid though. It is a Nolan N104 and after an hour or so it's no...

Re: Hearing Protection
I have a custom made set from Ultimate Ear Plugs. They are extremely comfortable and very effective - both on the bike and when I am shooting.

Bluetooth
Guys, Is anyone successfully using a Bluetooth setup with SatNav and a passenger. I tried an Interphone set up and could never get it to work properly. There were issues even with just rider/passenger and once rider/passenger/SatNav were paired it was completely useless. ...
