Police advanced, " when stationary, cover the brake" or it was when I was in.  Used to tell us "look like amateurs with both feet down"

But Ive been retired 9 yrs and things change.

Re: Well, crap. Laid it over.

God I hate that feeling, you know its going , it seems to be in slow motion  adrenaline's  pumping and slowly its got to be laid down cos its gone passed that point of no return. All us motorcyclists know the feeling its one you cant describe. Then when the bike is back up your arm...

Re: Tyre pressures and handling

BMjoe64  There is no way I would take him on back of me, I think at that size he would control the bike, might be wrong but it would be frightening,(for me)                 Ive no doubt when I go away to Europe fully l...

Re: Tyre pressures and handling

I run at 36 psi front 42psi rear on  2011 TC.        But if Ive got the missus on I increase rear to 46 psi rear and leave the front at 36.   Ive tried all sorts of combinations but these seem to suit me best.  If the rear is ...

Re: re-fitting muffler

Just a quick one since its been mentioned. What exactly is the "Exhaust flow control valve"  I realise by its name it must control the exhaust gasses but why is it required?? It seems very exposed to elements, if it goes wrong does it have a adverse effect on bike I could imagine ...

barryj  I liked that you've convinced me that under headlight is good,  could get extra mounts and fit to helmet as well.             I also like the idea of fitting to screen I suppose if the mount had a flat plate on it then t...

Has anyone stuck one of these on the bike?? Most Ive seen are on the helmet,or them chest harnesses wondering if it would go behind the screen.

I haven't got one but am seriously thinking about it for this next year.  Having read up it will be a Drift  Thanks

Re: should servo breaks be a deal breaker?

I agree with RTman10 and Budman.  Go for the one without servo. if it goes wrong its horrendous plus I found that even changing the brake fluid was expensive so that added to service costs.
