i am 5 foot 11 inches, with a 31 inch inside leg. i also find the RT (2007 model) a bit too cramped for my knees on long rides. i made this a bit easier by putting the seat one notch higher, and sitting a little further back on the seat. but i still would prefer the 'angle' of my knees to be larger....

the state of uk roads is shocking, every year i roll off the ferry from spain and i am immediately struck by how shit the uk is for riding motorcycles. the roads are is a terrible state, roadworks everywhere, the roads are rammed. why anyone rides for pleasure in the uk is a mystery to me

removing radio/cd player & speakers from 2007 model - how???
i have a 2007 RT with the radio, speakers and cd player. i want to remove all this has anyone done this? how easy is this? and what do i need to replace the part where the buttons are on the left? ie this bit (see pic) and what do i put in place of where the CD used to be? any help appreciated... ht...

i have legal expenses cover with Carole Nash (a third party cover only). after being knocked off my bike in 2019 (driver admitted fault), they pursued the other driver and secured me damages for injury. for the tiny amount of money it cost, i would get it
