It’s the key - sticks out like this rather than folding away.

Bent key repair?

Hi all - the keyless-ride key I got with my bike seems to have been bent at some point in the past Everything works ok, wondering if this is a common problem and whether (short of brute force) there’s an easy fix? Don’t want to make it worse/break it completely. F05CF08F-C39A-42EA-A838-AE859C136B7F....

Re: Top case connection

It looks like the backshell is missing off the socket... The wires and interconnecting hardware shouldn't be open to the weather/road grime like that. That’s my concern somewhat. Does anyone have a picture of what the topcase part of the connector should look like? What you see is what you get but ...

Three weeks in, so don’t have many pictures yet - this was taken when I arrived home after collecting the bike.

Re: Top case connection

I can see why someone may have done that. The connector under the seat slows down top box fitting or removal. But to be fair how often is that? I would suspect the connector gets a bit of dirt and water off the back wheel. Best left under the seat maybe. Yep, that’s what I thought - looks like mine...

Top case connection

Hi all - the top case connector on my recently acquired bike is clipped just beneath the box rather than under the passenger seat as shown in the manual. Presumably it’s like this to make removal quicker, but I’m planning to leave it fitted most of the time, especially with high-mounted stop light f...

Re: UK based accessory suppliers?

So the top box light example I found for £149 (€182) with delivery and taxes works out at £213! Found some sites that appear to be UK based (uk.com or co.uk addresses) but shipping from Europe, so it would be easy to get caught out if you didn’t spot the small print… Bahnstormers £160 with free deli...
