Hydrogen peroxide is also great for making bombs. Baby wipes are brilliant for getting bug from the screen and helmet visor

That's why bikes like the Gold wing had a vent. I was thinking of putting a Goldwing vent in my screen

Had a new boiler fitted. No more washing from pots from the hob and I can now feel my toes as well. Was getting fed up wearing long jogs. This time of year I am usually in T-shirts and shorts indoors. Back to normal thank God. This all means the wife stops moaning and I can get some bike stuff done ...

I hate my bike in the summer. It's the only time I don't want all the wind protection. Whilst in France I even had to remove the screen to breath fresh air. The police seat is a different shape at the back. May not mate up with a rear seat. I have a low heated seat and it's good for a straight 3 hours ride

Maxxis replaced at 2350 miles. Not at all happy after a couple of wet slides. Replaced with Metzeler Roadtec 01 SE. In all fairness I can say that I never had any complaints with the Maxxis in "dry " weather. They did give a nice ride with plenty of grip. Incidentally, my chosen tyre fitt...
