If anyone is willing to offer a local to them day ride out, then others could meet up on the day or if further away, stop overnight as necessary.
Just pick a start point, time & date, it's as simple as that. Accomodation to be arranged by others themselves, not the day ride leader.

Re: 2024 Annual (UK) RT Meet
Hopefully, there will be a UK event in 2024. Should this happen, then 2025 will be the 10th Annual meet since they started in 2016.
Perhaps something could be made of the meeting EasyRider has suggested for Wales, viewtopic.php?t=7878

Re: South West & South Wales Area
Abervagenny is 250 miles away from home, would need two nights stay somewhere to make a day ride out.
Or, how about meeting up halfway somewhere. Morrisons at Ilkeston would work, then have a circular ride out.

2024 Annual (UK) RT Meet
Would anyone like to organise the 2024 Annual (UK) RT Meet.
(I've spoken to Michael and this is not intended to conflict with the Euro trip he has already arranged for July.)

Re: Service light
The minimum service a BMW dealer will do is an oil & filter change which should include a service light reset. The WorkShop at York will do it for £35 + VAT https://www.theworkshopyork.com/our-services but you'll have to be quick, they are closing on 1st April 2024, https://www.theworkshopyork.c...

Re: In Mexico with a "check oil" message
The oil level warning sensor might be faulty. It can be removed, cleaned and tested or replaced if necessary. https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/5t4AAOSwLSZcHrJY/s-l300.jpg Using an engine flush together with the oil & filter change may help. https://www.silkolene.com/images/products/Engine%20Flush%...

Re: In Mexico with a "check oil" message
Low engine oil pressure is shown by the general warning light (triangle) flashing red, together with oil-can symbol appearing on the display. Engine oil level too low is shown by the symbol <!> + "Oil" appearing on the display. The oil sensor might be defective if the "Check oil level...

Re: Fuel pump leakage from third tube?
The third tube passes beneath the fuel tank, there is a tube connector on the side of the air box, from there it continues to ground near the centre stand.

Re: Fuel pump leakage from third tube?
Have I understood this correctly, the bike in question is a 2008 (Hexhead) GS fitted with a 2010 (Camhead) RT fuel pump. From both the Hexhead and Camhead Haynes manuals, it "appears" that the GS fuel pump does not have the third hose connection. On the RT, this connection is described for...

Has the bike got servo brakes, does the situation change with the ignition switched on, pre-ride check completed and engine running.

Re: Keis Heated Kit with 3rd Party Controller
Using a Keis splitter lead, I have two Keis controllers mounted on the tank bag rail of my 2012 Camhead. The heated jacket is plugged into one and heated insoles into the other. Works a treat, heating can be controlled individually and on the move. Not the case with the controllers tucked away insid...
